  • We offer both on-site and in-shop repair services. If you can't bring your computer to us, we can come to your home or office to fix it. Please call or book online to arrange an appointment.

  • Most repairs are completed within 24 to 48 hours. However, the timeframe can vary depending on the specific problem and availability of parts. We’ll give you an estimated completion time when you drop off your computer.

 

5. How much do your repair services cost?

  • Costs vary depending on the type of repair needed. We offer a $65 initial diagnostic to determine what’s wrong and provide a detailed quote before any work is done. No repairs are carried out without your approval. $35 of the diagnostic charge is applied towards the repair if you decide to move forward with services.

 

6. Is there a warranty on the repairs?

  • Yes, we offer a 30-day warranty on all repairs. This covers the parts and labor used in your repair. If you encounter any issues related to our service within this period, please contact us immediately.

 

7. Can you recover lost data?

  • We offer data recovery services for a variety of data loss situations. Whether your data was lost due to hardware failure, software issues, or accidental deletion, we will do our best to retrieve it. However, the success of data recovery can vary based on the specific circumstances.

 

8. Do I need to make an appointment?

  • Yes, appointments are required for services, we arent currently accepting walk-ins at our shop during business hours. For on-site services, please book an appointment as well.

 

9. What should I bring when I come in for a repair?

  • Please bring your computer along with any chargers for laptop. If your issue is related to specific software or external devices, bring those as well to ensure a comprehensive repair.

 

10. How can I prevent future computer problems? - Regular maintenance is key. We recommend installing antivirus software, keeping your operating system and applications up-to-date, and avoiding suspicious emails or websites. Additionally, consider our regular maintenance services to keep your computer running smoothly.
